Running a successful ecommerce business isn’t about chasing every new tool — it’s about assembling an effective technology stack that actually works together, scales with you and doesn’t fall over the with growth and traffic spikes.
Over the years I’ve tested, dropped and leaned into dozens of platforms, tools and agency partners. What’s left is the stack that powers everything from storefront to fulfillment to customer support. This section breaks down exactly what I use and why.


Platforms
The core infrastructure — the ecommerce platform, hosting and any custom-built systems that everything else plugs into. This is the foundation, so getting it right matters more than anywhere else in the stack.


SaaS Tools
The apps and integrations that handle everything the core platform doesn’t — email marketing, analytics, reviews, inventory, customer service, automation and more. These are the tools that quietly save hours every week.


Agencies
The people and teams I bring in when I need expertise I don’t have in-house — whether that’s paid ads, design, development or SEO. Knowing when to hire and outsource versus build internally is its own kind of skill.
